At Kirkstall Precision Engineering we are a big believer in supporting not just the people who work for us, but the people in our local community too. So as easter approached, it was a no brainer that we should donate a bunch of Easter Eggs yo our local food bank, to ensure as many people as possible could enjoy a sweet treat.
The pandemic has been tough on us all, and everyone knows that food banks have been essential in ensuring people can feed their families during times of mass redundancies and financial hardship. So donating to food banks really was a no-brainer in our continued commitment to supporting our community.
To make the donation interactive, we ran a campaign on social media, where every time someone liked, commented or shared on one of our social media posts, we would add an egg to our donation haul.
